Video Summary

Meet the Duluth filmmaker behind "The Life of Riley." Carrie Boberg earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in acting/theater arts. She studied at The American Film Institute (AFI) in LA and has received numerous awards. Carrie is also a producer, editor, actor and owner of 4 Track Filming in Duluth. See the trailer and hear about the filmmaker process when Boberg stops by the studio to tell us about her independent film before she screens it at festivals across the country.

Their songs are intertwined with their lives, humorous stories, and down home philosophical observations. Blues players Bob Bingham and Gordon Thorne are one of the most talented acoustic blues duos around. Bingham, co-founder of Lamont Cranston, has played alongside Kim Wilson and a long list of blues luminaries. Thorne has shared the stage with Pat Donahue, Eric and Phil Heywood, Spider John Koerner and many, many more. Tonight, Bingham and Thorne bring their six and 12-string guitars from Finland, Minn. to perform a powerful, in-studio set.
