WDSE•WRPT is pleased to announce five Midwest Regional Emmy Nominations for its series, documentary, and short-form content released over the past year.

Nominations included Making It Up North “Signing Off”for Arts & Entertainment Program; This Town for Historical Documentary; Drawn to Write for Interview/Discussion; Intersections “Charles Fai” for Interstitial; and Be Our Northland Neighbor for Promotion: Program/Single Spot.

“We are incredibly proud of our production team, community partners, and the entire staff at WDSE•WRPT for their work on these important productions,” said Dawn Mikkelson, Broadcast Content Manager. “Their important work over the past year captures the stories of individuals and communities across Northern Minnesota, weaving engaging narratives about not only our history but what it means to be a Minnesotan today.

“We are also grateful for the support that we’ve received from community organizations, community members and the State of Minnesota, which gave us the ability to tell these important stories.”
