Description: The College of St. Scholastica is hosting the co-author of the book “Half the Sky” at a special lecture series. The book has also inspired a PBS documentary by the same name.

Also, the Duluth Salvation Army is celebrating 120 years in the community helping people meet their basic needs.

And the Great Lakes Aquarium will host a live-stream feed of the Nobel Conference, featuring some of the latest and greatest research findings on the world’s oceans AND the Great Lakes.
