A "yes" vote will raise $2.6-million for park programs and maintenance, and help keep the city's branch libraries open. And Iron Range native Paul Metsa has written a memoir of his years in the music business. Metsa stopped by the studio to play some music and talk about his book "Blue Guitar Highway".
