Description: Details are still being hammered out in an apparent deal to end a state shutdown, and put Minnesota State employees back to work.  Republican legislative leaders and Democratic Governor Mark Dayton announced the settlement late Thursday, with a Special Session to be called sometime next week.

And 15 educators will join research scientists on the EPA research vessel "Lake Guardian".  The week-long onboard workshop will allow the teachers to participate in real science, and bring their experience back to the classroom.
