Hamburger is a pretty darn good, universal staple. From appetizers to meatloaf; casseroles to soups, burgers to pizza; the list goes on and on. There’s good reason. It’s easy to work with; it’s affordable; it’s delicious and it has health benefits. When made well and eaten in moderation; hamburger provides calcium; iron; protein; tryptophan, that produces seratonen, promoting better brain function, mood improvement and sleep; protein; and B-12 vitamins! Grilling is the best method for cooking hamburger and its eco-friendly! If you use a different source than beef for your hamburger; please share those recipes as well! More’s the better and healthier!
