"Heal Yourself: Mind over Medicine with Lissa Rankin, MD," explains the critical role our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs play in our health and wellbeing – and how we can harness the power of our minds to enjoy great health and longevity with specific, easy-to-do steps. “DASH Diet with Marla Hellers, MS, RD” is grounded in healthy eating principles that lower blood pressure; reduce heart disease, stroke, and some types of cancer; and maintaining a healthy weight. Doctors On Call and Speak Your Mind return on December 12 and 19.
